Larry D. Perry - Broker / Owner

Larry is the Broker and Co-Owner, along with his wife Pat, of United Country Heartland Realty. Larry has been a licensed Realtor since 1993. He is looked upon as the area's recognized farm and rural property specialist. Having been involved in the sale of literally thousands upon thousands of acres of land, businesses, homes and development properties Larry has the expertise to assist you in buying or selling your part of rural Missouri. Larry married his wife and business partner Pat in 1976. They have one daughter, living in the Chicago area with her family, and one granddaughter. Larry & Pat also own and operate a large cow/calf operation in the Rolla area. Larry is a graduate of Missouri University of Science & Technology (known formerly as UMR) with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management. For decades he has been involved in his community, state and the business profession. He feels a strong commitment to and is presently a member of the Rolla Lions Club, a community service organization of which he has held numerous leadership positions including past President. For thirteen years Larry was a Director and Chairman of the Board of MFA Inc, a large farm cooperative headquartered in Columbia, MO with annual sales nearing one billion dollars. He has also served in the following positions; Chairman of the Board of the Missouri Agriculture and Small Business Development Authority for the State of Missouri; Stock-Holder Representative of CF Industries, Chicago, IL; President of the Board of Salem Farmers Exchange; Vice President and Treasurer of the South Central Board of Realtors; Board Member Missouri Beef Industry Council and many other positions. In the real estate industry Larry has received the Pinnacle Level award for sales excellence from the Missouri Association of Realtors and United Country Real Estate. When asked, what was the most important factor in his success? He said "serving my Client and looking out for their interests and then get results".

Pat Perry - Realtor / Owner

Pat is Co-Owner, with her husband Larry, of United Country Heartland Realty. Pat and Larry have been married since 1976 and have one daughter, Linda who lives in the Chicago area with her family. Pat's pride and joy is her granddaughter Brittany who started college as an honor student in the fall of 2008. Pat has been a licensed real estate salesperson and Realtor since 2001. She specializes in residential properties but sells farms and land as well. Her keen understanding of the needs of the people she works with and her dedication to them sets her apart from the competition. When asked, how she always seems to find what her Clients are looking for, she replied "that easy"! "You listen to your Client and put them first, and then you go out and find the home YOUR CLIENT WANTS, not just the one you have listed". She is actively involved in the management of Heartland Realty and she also heads up the Property Management division at the office which has an astounding 95+ % occupancy rate for the rentals. Pat and Larry also own and operate a large cattle operation south of Rolla. Pat is also community minded and very involved with the Rolla Lioness Club, a community service organization, and has served in leadership positions including President. She is a member of the Laureate Alpha Phi sorority and has served as its Treasurer and Vice President. She is a member of the South Central Board of Realtors, the Missouri and National Association of Realtors, the local Red Hatters group and many other affiliations.

United States Navy veteran of the Vietnam War has held his Missouri state broker’s license for over 30 years. Also currently a licensed auctioneer with over 15 years of professional experience. Previously employed as a Vice- President of underwriting and quality control of a nationally known $6 billion mortgage banker for 20 years with never a repurchased loan by the secondary market.
